Well Hello Again.
Today I had a successful day of shopping. I bought a few things I didn't even know I needed but now could never live without. Before I show you all my goodies I must say ALWAYS look for deals especially on makeup. When your shopping and look at a price, 30 dollars doesn't seem so bad but then it starts to add up. Benefit is just the worst. You walk in and think, "oh wow! Only 20 dollars for this concealer! Bargain!" As you start accumulating all these products, which seem to be fairly priced, your bill sky rockets. Today I bought Benefit Erase Paste, this is a product I've been saving my pennies for and finally decided to treat myself with because I survived finals. While paying the eyebrow kit caught my eye. It too was something I've been wanting so I spontaniously threw it in with the rest. This eyebrow kit was nearly 35 dollars and plus the concealer I through 5 hours of babysitting down the drain. Oopsies. After that little splurge my brother and I headed over to target to pick up a few necisites when we stumbled upon ELF. This brand, in case you aren't familiar, actually has quality makeup. If you look at the ingredients you'll find natural substances and essential mineral for your skin. And the biggest plus? Each product is pretty much under 10 dollars. Now THAT'S a real bargain. While rummaging through every thing I found the exact same eyebrow kit for not a penny more then 3 dollars. Immediately after purchasing all my new toys I returned the benefit version, making my wallet very happy.
                                                          Things I Bought:

1.                             ELF Natural Fake Lash Kit: $1 compared to MAC Lash 2: $16
 2.                    ELF Mineral Infused Primer: $6 compared to BareMinerals Prime Time: $23
 3.                                                       Benefit Erase Paste: $26
 4.               ELF Shine Eraser Blotting Sheets: $1 compared to Neutragena Blotting Sheets: $6
 5.                          ELF Shimmering Face Whip: $1 compared to Benefit High Beam: $26
 6.                               ELF Eyebrow Kit: $3 compared to Benefit Brow Zings: $30

All the ELF products are available with the lowest prices at Target

Can't I Just be Carrie for One Day?

Hello Beautiful.
So this week was in fact the worst week of any student's life. Finals week. Its the time of year for cramming, crying, and of course stuffing your mouth. I've never been one of those stress eaters but this year got the best of me. My grades haven't been as "clean-cut" as my parents would have hoped so the stress starting creeping upon me Tuesday night. I realized my dreams of Vanderbilt were pretty much going to be shot to hell if I don't ace all my exams. I study hard but for the entire week it felt like a pack of wild dogs were eating me from the inside out. Along with this I'm pretty sure I ate 6 times my body weight in gummy bears leaving my poor body looking a tad fuller then usual. Normal girls my age would probably starve them self for the next 6 days, pray that they will be Carrie Bradshaw thin for formal, but frankly...I don't think I care anymore. Formal is on Saturday and for the first time in a long time, I'm happy. Sure who wouldn't want Carrie's abs but I refuse to stress about that right now. My goal for the next semester is to give ZERO f**ks to what anyone thinks. Tomorrow I'm playing my favorite sport. Shopping. It's been too long since the last time I stepped foot into the beautiful wonderland of my favorite toys. True therapy. The video below is to inspire anyone who is down in the dumps. Enjoy.
                                                                                                                             Hugs and Hellos,

Top 5 Beauty Products In My Room

Hello Stunnings
I know. So far I'm just a horrid blogger. In my defense I've been very busy with going back to school. Please forgive me?
I should be studying for my upcoming exams right now but frankly I am NOT in the mood so I decided work on my blog.
Since my main focus of this blog is supposed to be beauty oriented I thought I should make my second post about my favorite products at the moment!

1.                                                    MAC Matte Lipstick in: So Chaud
First I'll start with MAC Matte Lipstick in So Chaud. It is a gorgeous red orange color. I absolutely love how pigmented this lipstick is! The minute you slide this baby on it explodes with insane color. It drys as soon as you put it on giving a nice matted look which is what I prefer. The only fault I have with it is that when its on it makes me feels like my lips are dry but when ever I look in the mirror they still look wrinkle free and hydrated. Weird but worth it. Another plus is how it never gets on teeth like most lipsticks.
love love love it. Its around 15 dollars plus tax at the MAC section in Nordstums.

2.                                                         Neutrogena Blotting Sheets
I've never tried blotting sheets before so the other day in Walmart (which is the cheapest place to get drugstore brand beauty supplies by the way)  I decided to pick some up since so may people rave about them. These Neutrogena ones were the only ones I could find and I was surprisingly pleased. These are the only ones I tried so maybe there are better ones out there but since I started using them my face has cleared up tremendously! I don't remember the price exactly but I remember thinking it was a bit pricey for such a tiny item so I will keep my eyes out for more!

3.                                            BareMinerals Flawless Definition Mascara

This mascara is surprisingly fantastic. Not only does it make my lashes look NATURALLY long and full, I also smells absolutely delicious! When ever I put this on I can't help but want to eat my eye lashes (I don't by the way...). I don't know why but I think it could be better so I give it a 4 out of 5. This is wonderful for people who want a nice clean look.

4.                                                    bareMinerals Powder Foundation
I first heard of the bareMinerals foundation by the amazing Zoella and I immediatly fell inlove with it. The foundation works best with the matching brushes and finishing powder. It covers EVERYTHING and very buildable. I use the matching bronzer as a blush now and it gives me a nice smooth, fresh face look. The finishing powder ties it all together matteing it all up.

5.                                                    Simple Replenishing Moisturizer

THIS MOISTURIZER IS FANTASTIC. You start seeing results almost immediately. I makes you literally glow and clears your skin of blemishes, dark spots, and minimizes pores.  The only thing wrong with it is it kinda has a smell. I don't know if its just mine or what but I smells kind of like a wet towel but goes away after it dries. So worth it though and unsure on what the price was but im guessing around $12. So worth it because in the end you get perfect skin even without makeup.

I hope someone read this and found it helpful
Love always Babes

New Year New Blog

Like most teenagers I'm narcissistic, pessimistic and egotistic. Teens think any little thing that happens in life is the end of the world, but in reality our lives are so insignificant to anyone else that its rather depressing. What do you want to be? That's has seemed to be the question since grade school. Teachers and parents all seem to want us to know in this moment who we are and what we want in life. How the f**k am I supposed to know that? Adults put so much pressure on children starting at such a young age;making us thake tests that end up determining our futures forever. That's why I think kids do drugs so young. I for one have never been the kind of girl to drink or smoke because I know I'd regret it in the future but at the beginning of this school year I was going through a hard time. Then I found something. Something magical. YouTube. This magical site showed me a whole new world of makeup gurus and wonders galore. One afternoon as I was watching Zoella's latest video I stumbled across her blog and got inspired. I gained my own sense of style and the courage to experiment with the art of makeup. So with this blog I'm going to talk about makeup, skin care, style, and my latest comments on life. I hope you will follow me as I strive to find life and happiness all while trying to maintain a respectable GPA.

Love always babe,
Charlie
